On 5 Nov 2017, there is a SSL Certificate Update on DSS and TRTH V2.

As part of the 05 November 2017 weekend maintenance activities, Thomson Reuters will update the SSL certificate used to secure the DataScope Select web site and API endpoints. No client action is required; however, clients who use browsers or applications that have strict settings associated with SSL certification should take the necessary action to ensure that the new certificate is accepted. The specific action is dependent on your security settings. Please contact your local IT administrator for assistance.

This may relate to the issue.
