This throws me the caseSystemId and GroupId.

Then when we want to obtain the result of the screening with the caseSystemId:

So... we have a problem because this name must return something because its a suspect person.

Rakesh is correct, there is no entry in the World-Check One for the name you screened.

No finding a match is not an indication of anything wrong, many clients screen names that do not produce any matches or the match they are looking for. As the name in this case is more unique rather than a name like "John Smith", it's very possible there are no matches and hence no match resolution for the client to reconcile. For many clients this is a positive result.

Another note about your API request. The WC1-API does not (yet) support Passport information. Passport information is only supported through the application.
