reviewRequired is a boolean .This Flag to indicate Review Required after re-screening the CASE for this result.
reviewRequiredDate is a string(date-time). It's Represents the date and time when this Result was last flagged for review.

The ongoing screening system is the only way those fields can be set.
If OGS detects that the profile (either WC or Watchlist) of a pre-existing match has been updated after the match was originally added to the case, it will set reviewRequired to true and reviewRequiredDate to the time when the OGS run happened .
