I noted that in the PermID.org, one can search entity by entity name, RIC or Ticker. But it doesn't search for people. eg. "Mark Zuckerberg"
Can the PermID API provide such seaching of people?
If not why?

During this year we are elaborating our person support in steps.
We plan to release our Person matching solution in the next couple of weeks, and plan to add Person search support by EO 2017.
