We are testing integration with Production Environment of world-check APIs, to fetch groups we are hitting following URL.
https://rms-world-check-one-api.thomsonreuters.com/v1/groups but we are getting 404 error response.
And https://rms-world-check-one-api-pilot.thomsonreuters.com/v1/groups is working for pilot environment.
So please update ASAP on above production URL.

Using your credentials, I was able to get your groups in Production.
If you’re using Postman check to be sure you’ve set your environment.
